Sereal is early beta software provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and your data may be reset or lost. Do not rely on Sereal as your only record of valuable information; keep your own backups.

Use Sereal only for lawful purposes and only for your own collection. Do not abuse, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service or attempt to access other users' data.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You keep ownership of the content you enter and the photos you upload. You grant Sereal a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you. Sereal's own software, design, and branding remain ours.

You may stop using Sereal and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or to protect the service. On termination, your data is removed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sereal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of beta software.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
